At UPMC, I supported internal marketing for major system-wide initiatives like “Digitally UPMC” and the Wellbeing Passport Program. I created 15+ campaign materials that helped drive a 27% increase in resource hub visits and a 34% boost in staff participation. I also managed content layout for the Annual Staff Town Hall, maintained CRM contact accuracy in HubSpot, and co-led a revamp of onboarding materials across four campuses.
